• Daventry Cycling Club aims to be an integral part of the local community and the heart of cycling in Daventry. As cyclists we all recognise the benefits that cycling can offer from getting fit, to making new friends to providing a sustainable and green way of getting around town. DCC aims to partner with local businesses who recognise the benefits that cycling brings to the local community - we are proud to be associated with the below businesses whether they have supported our Sportive and Junior Cycling Academy or provide an excellent place to buy that new piece of kit you have your eye on!

  • LeisureLakes Bikes

LeisureLakes Bikes are proud to be a family run business and have been since 1981! The business truly is like one big family; because of the close relationships between the Noy brothers (the founders of LLB), managers and staff it means that each of our stores is influenced and run by the staff that work there. You will experience a different flavour of our company in every one of our stores and get a personal experience from staff that are passionate about riding and working for us!

LeisureLakes Bikes Daventry store is no exception and the store has built exceptionally close links with Daventry CC. LeisureLakes Director and Daventry Store Manager Ian led one of the groups on the club's ride to Paris last year and his nurturing approach to his group earned Ian the (un)favourable nickname of Dad's Army! All club rides begin and end at LeisureLakes where every ride ends with a coffee and a cake (or two) in the store Cafe. Club members enjoy triple points on LL purchases so the store is the ideal place to pick up that new bit of kit you've had your eye on!

  • Cottons Chartered Accountants

Led by Partners Lisa Malone and Richard Wilch, who have been with Cottons since 1987 and 1986 respectively, our Daventry branch was the first in the Cottons network.

The team at Daventry offer all of the tax and accounting services you would expect a well establish, local accountancy firm to, managing everything from corporation tax and self-assessment to payroll and bookkeeping, but they go beyond that. Cottons Chartered Accountants in Daventry are also embracing the dawn of Making Tax Digital from the start, offering cloud based bookkeeping solutions and overhauling client systems to make them more efficient. You can talk to them about business planning services too.

Richard has stated, “We are with our clients for their journey, we go with them.”, which is backed up by clients who have said ‘Cottons Accountants have always been very professional and approachable. The wide range of services and skills have been exceptional which in turn has helped greatly in the development of our business. We look forward to many more years with Cottons’.
